I was also placed in an accessible room with a roll-in shower and the shower head was very low. I had to hold the shower head in my hand to wash myself, which wasn't ideal. The toilet also wasn't secured to the floor and was jiggling when you sat on it. "

"Easy parking and the staff was attentive and polite. Great Halloween decorations - so welcoming and fun. The "modern Ikea" design rooms are clean and spare but very functional. Loved the big desk for my computer work. Easy to get to the highway or to historic downtown. I will be back. "
