"Classy beautiful boutique hotel with very tasteful decor. Looks like it was recently renovated. Standard double room was decent size. Very friendly/helpful staff. Fantastic location - steps to many restaurants, especially around Piazza della Sala. Fairly easy 13 mins walk to Pistoia train station."

"Fun little hotel within walking distance to the beautiful spa downtown area. The mountain village was further than we thought, but there is a funicular to try another time! "

"The villa itself is stunning, lovely pool area and grounds and staff really great, friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was okay - we knew it was in the basement of the villa, but it was very dark. We had booked it as it came with a kitchen and perhaps an oversight on our part but there was no oven, the fridge was tiny and a real lack of cooking utensils, it was very basic and meant we did not really cook while staying despite having wanted to. "L'unica cosa negativa è stata quella di esserci fermati solo 5 giorni!! L'accoglienza ed il soggiorno sono stati semplicemente fantastici. Il posto è curatissimo, spazioso e rilassante. Le zone comuni sono incantevoli e dotate di ogni comodità. Consigliatissimo!"
