Excellent hotel outside the Florence’s Storic Center. It exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities, cleanliness and staff. The restaurant was good enough for us. The need for aproximate 30€ per ride to and from the storic center was the unique disturbance. I recommend this, specially for those who are used to stay in american style hotels.

The front desk staff was helpful. This hotel seems to have a lot of groups that can keep the elevators busy creating long wait times. Our room service breakfast order was never picked up thus breakfast never arrived. Good bed. No airport shuttle but taxis readily available.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was nice and convenient. Even though it was not in the city center, it was a short taxi ride away (about €30). Good service and quiet hotel.

This hotel is not located right by the main attractions in the old part of Florence. Fortunately, it offers a shuttle that takes guests to the nearest tram station. From there, at the cost (as of June 2026) of 1.70 euros, one can get to the old part of town in about 15 minutes. If one should want to get back to the hotel before 10 p.m., then it is possible to arrange the shuttle to come pick you up at the same tram station. Alas, my wife and I stayed just one night before flying out and we could not explore if there are any fabulous restaurants in its vicinity.
