Our hosted property lies in the heart of the coffee district, a secluded tropical estate offering guests a tranquil setting, 7 acres of manicured avocado, tropical fruit, citrus trees, and lush borders for plenty of privacy! Six bedrooms and five baths comfortably sleep 12 adults plus a few keiki making this property your perfect retreat for family gatherings and celebrations! Infinity pool and hot tub, outdoor seating, and tiki torches offer the perfect place to enjoy the tropical sun & colorful sunsets!

With two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request, it's a great space for your keiki or flexible for couples. The room has access to a shared full bath with the Palm Room. Ideal for a comfortable and colorful stay!

Palm Room – Serene Tropical Escape
Located off the main living area, the Palm Room features calming palm tree decor and a relaxing atmosphere. It includes a queen-size bed, making it an excellent choice for parents with keiki in the adjacent Moroccan Room. The room also has access to a shared full bath with the Moroccan Room. Enjoy evenings by the pool illuminated by tiki torches, perfect for entertaining or relaxing under the tropical sun. Immerse yourself in the serenity and beauty of this lush, secluded oasis.

Climate – Ideal Year-Round Comfort
Experience perfect weather with daytime temperatures ranging from 24-27°C (75-80°F) and nighttime temperatures between 16-24°C (60-75°F). Situated at 1800 feet elevation, you'll enjoy refreshing morning breezes from the mountain and cooling evening breezes from the ocean. Ceiling fans in every room ensure a consistently pleasant environment. Be prepared for the occasional light rain shower, adding to the lush, tropical ambiance. Enjoy year-round comfort and natural beauty in this ideal climate!

Capacity – Comfortable and Spacious
The main house comfortably sleeps 10 guests, featuring 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. The detached Garden Room adds space for 2 more adults, bringing the total to 12. We are happy to accommodate up to two more keiki. The property includes six bedrooms in total and five bathrooms, ensuring ample space and comfort for everyone.

What We Provide – Your Comfort and Convenience
We provide everything you need for a comfortable stay, including bed linens, beach towels, shower and laundry supplies. Enjoy our outdoor equipment such as beach chairs, coolers, toys, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear. Stay connected with wireless internet and enjoy smart TVs throughout the house. We also supply bottled drinking water and encourage you to use our refillable water containers (or your own) to help reduce plastic waste on the island. Your comfort and the environment are our priorities!
