This hidden gem near Captiva Village offers the privacy of only 8 units in a well-maintained and managed property, with dock overlooking Pine Island Sound. Bring your boat! Boat docking is available for an extra fee. The pool area is recognized as one of the best settings on the island. This condo is newly renovated, tastefully decorated with original artwork. The master suite holds a king size bed and en suite double sink master bathroom. The guest room offers 2 twin beds with colorful décor. Enjoy watching the sunrise or moonrise on the lanai while overlooking beautiful Pine Island Sound. The open floor plan of the unit affords breathtaking views of the bay, as well as direct access from the lanai down to the pool just a few steps away. Watch wildlife like manatee and dolphin play as you sip a cocktail from your lanai or by the pool. For a different water view, simply walk about 500 yards to Captiva's beautiful beach side.
