North Captiva Point House - Boat/Water Taxi Only **NEWLY RENOVATED **
"Excellent rental on it’s own private peninsula at the tip of the island. You definitely need a golf cart to get around. Saw dolphin and manatee from the dock daily. Communication with the host was seamless. Beds could use a mattress upgrade. That’s the only fault I could find. Would 100% return."

"Property was as described and well maintained inside and out. It was the perfect location and had all the amenities that you need! The property owners want the thermostat no lower than 72 degrees for fear the A/C would possibly freeze. If you need it lower I would inquire. We like it cooler, however ..."
