"Overall, we had a good experience at the SANA Berlin, but the hotel could use some additional maintenance and attention to detail. We stayed in a Junior Suite for six nights, which was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. However, there were a couple of maintenance issues in the bathroom. The shower door was slightly misaligned and needed to be lifted when opening and closing, and one of the bathroom sinks was draining very slowly. Due to our schedule, we didn’t report these issues during our stay, although we did expect that housekeeping might notice the slow-draining sink and have it addressed. The hotel gym was underwhelming and didn’t look quite as impressive as it did in the photos. More importantly, when we tried to use it, the temperature was unbearably hot, which made it difficult to exercise comfortably. The breakfast buffet was fairly standard with no particular surprises. That said, it was sufficient for the price and offered a reasonable selection. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it, particularly the spacious and quiet rooms, but some basic maintenance and improvements to the gym would make the experience considerably better."

"This is my second stay at this property. Location is one of the most central ones , near great shopping, restaurants and U bahn station (all within walking distance ). And the area is very quiet and very residential. Staff is extremely helpful, room is very comfortable, property has a great gym and breakfast is the star! Huge breakfast buffet with everything you can think of: scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheeses , salmon, it’s truly great. Keep up the great work you do !"

"Good location just a short walk from an U-bahn station and around a 15 minute walk from the zoo. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a family room with a sofa bed, which my son found to be too firm and not comfortable to sleep on. Lacking in wardrobe/drawer space. The room was very hot when we arrived but the air conditioning worked well to cool the room. Good shower. The room was quiet despite the hotel being located on a busy road. The breakfast buffet was good with the usual offerings you would expect to find - bacon, sausages, eggs, croissants, breads and pastries, meats and cheeses, cereals. Bar prices were reasonable. The bar area was quiet and relaxing in the evenings."

"A well priced and clean hotel. Beds were super comfy and the gym was decent enough to do a quick session. Reception was often not manned and we needed to wait a couple of times. They were also unable to provide ice buckets etc for the room. I would describe hotel as functional, but very good for the price."
