"If you visit Colombia for the first time. Pay close attention to being ultra-formal and polite to everyone. It wil Everything was wonderful, but people frequently would get upset until we (researched) the way to speak to Bogota people which is very indirect and "...could you gift me a..." - "...I'm sorry to trouble you..." - even when talking to your waiter. Be prepared for altitude fatigue/sickness. Just take the taxis, the bus is chaos. Food courts in malls are fantastic. There is a little food plaza not too far from the hotel, you can find some really neat places there too (we went to Nan-king and Sushi-play)."

"Once you go Click Clack, you’ll never go back. Outstanding place, especially for the price. Beautiful, well-appointed rooms with so much attention to design detail AND functional and comfort. The common area is also very cool and very beautiful. But the absolute winner was the exceptional breakfast! Beautiful, extensive buffet, including a wide range of Columbian fruits and delicious breakfast items cooked to order. Hard to imagine a better place to stay if you like smaller, boutique hotels."

"Love this hotel, second time we have stayed there while in Bogotá. Cannot beat the location's close proximity to Zona Rosa and Parque 93. Entirely walkable, safe area that will never leave you bored. Staff is phenomenal and their hospitality is top notch. Complimentary breakfast is exceptional! The only drawback is the parking garage but certainly not enough of an issue to keep us away. You won't be disappointed by this property."

"I would like to report an issue with the room key card. Several times when we tried to enter the room, the key card did not work. We had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask them to activate it. The front desk staff member said that she had activated the card, but it still did not work. Eventually, they sent a housekeeping staff member to help us, and she was able to open the door. Thank you"
