"This really is a beautiful property, great value. Spacious balcony with plenty shade when sunny. Very close to tram line from airport, and about 20 minute leisurely wander to Promenade des Anglais. Simply could not find any fault with the apartment. The three is found it perfect. More people than that, however, may find it a little tight on the sofas. "Love the residential location but with close proximity to Place Massena and Old Town Nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Made our short stay in Nice very pleasant. "

"Great location in Nice. Near the train station and airport. It is an older apartment and needs repairs. There is one bathroom that is split into 2 rooms. One room has shower and double sink the 2nd room has the toilet and small sink. Sofa bed is really bad so the 5th person had to sleep on the sofa which wasn’t much better. It is a self service apartment so bring your own supplies, including toilet paper. Check in was easy, communication was fine. Location is the best part."
