This is a beautiful hotel! The rooms are nice, and we loved the breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the promenade. Gorgeous views! The pool was relaxing; helpful staff! Would absolutely return!

Our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure that we had a great experience. Breakfast each morning was wonderful and the rooftop pool has a beautiful view with great bar service.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and spotlessly clean. Only negative was, we felt, on our first couple of days at breakfast there seemed to be a shortage of staff, disorganisation, having to ask for things e.g. cups, teaspoons etc, also most empty tables still had dirty dishes on from previous guests, and we had to wait for one to be cleared on more than one occasion. Based on our breakfast experience, we decided not to have dinner in the restaurant. However, we plan to return to Nice later in the year, and would definitely not rule out staying here again.

Wow! This hotel is hands down one of the nicest I’ve been to in 20 years of traveling for personal and business reasons! The staff were all great! The rooms were exceptionally clean and had great products, linens and that fancy toilet! Hahah I felt like a princess my entire stay and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel, fab location and brilliant rooftop bar. Amazing bathrooms in the room. Some teething issues - the lift broke in the spa so receptionist sent a few of us to the stairwell to walk up one flight but there was no exit so we were trapped there for a short while. Luckily I was the only one who had my phone with me. No apology from the staff which was a bit surprising.

This is a really nice new hotel in Nice. Everything about the hotel it top level, from the check-in to the rooms and the rooftop restaurant -bar-pool. The food is fantastic and the service is outstanding. For sure book the breakfast there for the most wonderful morning meal in the fresh air and a look to the sea. This is the place to stay if you want a 5-star experience want to be the middle of Nice with everything walkable, tons to see and do all around the hotel and the staff that takes great care in your safety, security and that your having a good stay. It’s not cheap but definitely worth the money. The concierge is fantastic at booking everything from boat tours to wine tours to exceptional restaurant reservations.

Brand new, very clean, super chic, expensive place in a very nice area of nice not far from the beach. May be understaffed l, or their staff need some training! We waited for a long time to be seated at the bar; we requested a cab at 4 am, never showed up because they forgot to call, the valet situation needs improvement. Thier concierge is very knowledgeable.

The property itself was beautiful and overall we had a great stay. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, and the staff throughout the hotel was warm and accommodating. There were just a couple of odd issues worth mentioning. We asked the concierge for directions on two separate occasions, and one time we were sent walking in the complete opposite direction. Another time the directions were extremely vague. It was surprising considering we were asking the hotel staff, not random people on the street. I’d just recommend double checking directions on your phone before heading out. The other strange issue involved the gym. The gym is located on the bottom floor, but there’s apparently no light switch accessible to guests. If the lights are off, you have to go back upstairs and ask the front desk to turn them on. Since there’s only one elevator servicing that level and no other staircase access, you end up waiting around just to get back upstairs and then back down again. It may sound minor, but it felt unnecessarily inconvenient and very odd that guests can’t simply control the lights themselves.

The staff were nothing short of outstanding — warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional. Every interaction felt personal, and you could tell that everyone took real pride in creating a five-star experience for their guests. The hotel itself is pure class. Beautifully designed, spotlessly maintained, and full of thoughtful details that make your stay feel special. From the elegant rooms to the atmosphere throughout the building, everything exudes calm sophistication and comfort. What stood out most was the level of service — it was genuinely exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was handled with such care and attention to detail. You don’t often find that combination of luxury and genuine warmth, but Maison Albar - Le Victoria has it mastered. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish, and I can honestly say it made my first time in Nice unforgettable. I’ll absolutely be back — and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience in the heart of Nice.
