"This was by far the best vacation we have had. The house is amazing and everything was above and beyond what we could have imagined. From the Monkeys waking us up in the morning or the great views, everything went great. Dawn was fantastic and was there for us from the first day we arrived. "

"We arrived late due to flight delays, and Lucretia was very dilligent in working out a way for us to get our keys. Communication was great along the way, from answering questions about the property, providing information and links for things to do during our stay, checking in regularly without imposing, all throughout the checkout process. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, actually better than the photos. It was clean, we had everything we needed, and the pool was perfect. The pool cleaner comes by once a week, so we only saw him once during our stay. The location of the house is fantastic, with restaurants only minutes away and a cafe and health foods store right around the corner. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely return here!"

"Casa Tranquilo was just as advertised- paradise in paradise. The place seems quite new, with very modern, clean, and luxurious design. Loved that there was so much glass to let in sunlight and appreciate the natural setting. Felt like we were literally in the jungle. Really liked that the windows all had screens including the sliding doors, and all bedrooms had blinds to create privacy as needed or block out light. Each of the rooms have their own mini split AC which was great. Furniture was new. Kitchen was fantastic and well stocked. Plenty of linens including beach towels. Ralph was very communicative, making sure to check in on us periodically up until the trip and during the trip. Nacho, who is the host/concierge, was fantastic to work with. He met us and drove us up to the place which would have been difficult to find the first time, but very secluded in a gated setting. He had basic groceries already in the fridge including milk, juice, some fruit, and even bought a couple bottles of wine to welcome us. He made sure everything was taken care of for us and was very responsive. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit both Corcovado and Manuel Antonio, along with scuba diving at Cano island which was a boat trip out of Uvita. All in all, we had a fantastic time and Ralph and Nacho made sure that Casa Tranquilo was the perfect place to rest at the end of some very busy days. "

"Beautiful home in the thick of the jungle. A nature lover’s paradise. We watched the toucans, parrots and hummingbirds while drinking morning coffee on the deck. We even had some monkeys visit several times. There are so many windows, you can enjoy nature from inside the home. Host was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! "

The place had an amazing view and the pool was perfect to sit by and swim on the humid days. We would definitely come back! Phillippe was very helpful and kind.
