"Kim was fantastic and cheerful to chat to each morning. Location of guesthouse very good and close to golf club and platform 1864 restaurant. Nice coffee and continental breakfast. Had trouble getting out of bathroom wirh wet hands and circular door handle . I left towel outside like silly sod lol."

"Old fashioned, cosy pub with rooms. Staff were super, good range of food and drinks. Lively atmosphere. We were in a twin room which was very small although it had a shower room and toilet, cupboard and shelves and coat hooks. Good for a night or two but not a long stay. I liked the hotel but it was expensive."

"Wonderful spot, especially with kids, as the common space has a slide, pirate ship climber, farm animals to see (goats, chickens, ponies) and grass to run on. The glamping cabins were quite clean and "cozy", as you'd expect, but we fit 3 adults and 3 kids in there. We were able to buy some firewood for a cooking fire. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to get a bit of a camping experience. Owners were very friendly as well, and generally available as needed."

"We LOVED our stay at this cottage! It was so beautiful and picturesque, exactly as shown. A great place to unwind and enjoy the quiet. We did a couple of short day trips so even though it was remote it was a good spot to spring off from. The kitchen had everything we need (although all we did was cook breakfast there) and the laundry machines were so appreciated. Our kids found tadpoles in the stream out back and we were visited by the many deer every evening. Fiona was very communicative. We would definitely love to stay again and recommend to anyone looking to get up to the highlands!"
