"Everything was perfect and exactly as pictured. The place is beautifully decorated and very thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen and dining utensils were well stocked with everything we needed. The decor has a charming, classic, old-fashioned style. The heating worked very well and kept the room warm and cozy. The only downside was that there was no AC."

"The breakfast was surprisingly good, especially the potatoes. My room was clean and they gave me a good room overlooking the river. The building is under construction which I wish they warned you about ahead of time bc contractors were there constantly and there were window coverings flapping outside of my room that made noise. The acoustics in the room aren’t great and the AC unit couldn’t keep up in the 90F weather even with shades down all day. Staff was very kind. Bed was just okay, pillows were good though. Also they have cold lemon water and choco chip cookies in the lobby which is a nice touch! Wish they had more food options at the front desk. Also the microwave didn’t work great."
