Pour une nuit en famille sur le retour de vacances, manque de confort mais assez calme , un peu petit, mais tout de même agréable sous les pins.

Bien pour un court séjour (1 ou 2 nuits)

L'endroit est fort sympatique, (lieu, calme), la piscine très agréable également mais alors les logements sont vétustes, la literie désagréable et la baie vitrée ne se ferme pas à clefs, je vous conseille donc de ne rien emmener de valeurs! Sinon l'équipe sympathique, il manque un peu de service (pas de bar, linge de toilette payant par exemple!)

Trop cher pour ce que c'est

Le lieu est vraiment agréable, au milieu des pins, proche du lac et tout est faisable a pied ou a velo grace aux pistes cyclables. En revanche les logements sont vétustes, la literie peu confortable, et le lit bébé fourni etait inutilisable (odeur d'urine et matelas inexistant). Apparemment la renovation est prevue, heureusement. En attendant le rapport qualite prix n'est pas correct.

Un havre de paix

Les logements de type chalet sont minimalistes mais tout est en place. Kitchenette, salle de bains, etc... Pas de clim, pas de wifi ni de television mais pour notre part ça ne nous a pas géné. Trés agréable de se retrouver au milieu d'une forêt de pins et le calme est au rendez-vous. La piscine est vraiment top, pas trop peuplée et accessible jusqu'à 22h00. Accueil trés sympa et toutes les explications tres claires de la part de la propriétaire sont données. Le bémol concerne le manque de rafraichissement des logements eux-même et des installations, mais pour un séjour de quelques jours ça n'est pas gênant. Le lac n'est pas loin et accessible à pied et Carcans plage à quelques km en voiture ou en vélo par les pistes cyclables. Maubuisson est à 2km avec toutes les comodités requises, magasins, loueurs de vélos, restaurants, plage sur le lac, etc...

L'environnement extérieur du site est agréable, cependant il est dommage qu'aucun service ne soit proposé (comme la location de vélos ou un bar). Les logements sont vieillissants et nécessitent des travaux. Le canapé-lit est désagréable, le matelas n'a jamais été changé, ce qui peut nécessiter une visite chez l'ostéopathe après votre séjour :-( Assurez-vous d'apporter vos propres serviettes, sinon vous devrez payer 7,50 € pour le kit de linge de toilette.
