We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and took the time to share their favorite restaurants, sights, and local recommendations, which made exploring Carcassonne so much easier. They also offered to pick us up from the train station and drove us to pick up our rental car for a very reasonable price, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our bathroom window offered an amazing view of the castle. The couple who run the property are always ready to help. We loved the pool and garden areas, plus the shared kitchen which is fully equipped. We were traveling with the baby and got a crib in our room (for a supplement).

There are B&Bs you stay in that feel very corporate and then there are places like this one. It is family owned and operated, and the owners make you feel like family while you are there. They and their two daughters were happy to show you the property they renovated during Covid and worked so hard to turn into a beautiful little part of France. Finding and accessing the parking was tricky the first time. Very nice, quiet apartment room, in a great location.

We spent one month traveling all around France with excellent accommodations at nearly every stop but this place was the best. Wonderful setting, comfortable room, excellent breakfasts, a special dinner, and two gracious hosts. We highly recommend it.

Arnaud and his wife were helpful with parking, recommendations of sites to see, served delicious breakfast. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. The location couldn’t be better. Definitely a great choice for visiting Carcassonne.

Iris and BJ were wonderful hosts. In advance of our visit we communicated about our diet (vegan family) and they were able to provide us a nice breakfast every morning. We visited the area during warm weather and the swimming pool ended up being a refreshing part of our stay during the late afternoon hours.

We booked last minute since we arrived to Carcassonne earlier than expected. The hostess graciously accepted our booking and made us feel exceedingly welcome. The property is gorgeous, high end, very comfortable, and clean. We felt like welcomed family. The bed and pillows were great. The air conditioning was perfect. This is a delightful bed and breakfast close to the Canal du Midi. The host is a very kind person who will make sure that your stay is just right. Highest recommendation.

Small, cozy countryside hotel, super clean， a lot of charm.

We were received with kindness. The person at the reception was very helpful and showed us all the amenities of hotel and room. She gave us an upgrade in the room without us requesting it. Room was clean and spacious which is not common in many European cities. We added the well served breakfast at a reasonable price. The hotel is just about 10 min drive from the city castle. Overall great stay. Definitely recommend it!!

Close to center of town and also to the castle. Both a short walk, parking can be challenging so leave your car and just walk from your stay. Breakfast included, and host Catherine was super helpful with our heavy luggage.
