This hotel is very beautiful, well maintained, and modern looks. The room was very neat and cosy. The pool and wellness very clean and looked amazing. The breakfast was very good, as well as the coffee. We loved our stay at the Eggentaler.

Beautiful property, nice breakfast, comfortable room and especially liked the lobby as we I was traveling with friends and we could congregate there.

My wife and I chose Castel Hortenberg for our stay in Bolzano, and we were blown away from the moment we arrived through our departure. Secure parking with private gates. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco, and this type of care and attention was given to us the entire time by Tommaso and the other staff. Hotel Greif is a lovely properly. Old town Bolzano is not that large and the hotel is right there off of Walthaplaz. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the train station and 7 minutes to the bus station-they are adjacent to one another. There are plenty of great restaurants just steps away. Perfect location! In the middle of everything!

This was a lovely place to stay, the rooms were spotless and equipped, the service staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was a hit, fabulous selection and delicious. Also as a perk they gave my wife and I a free pass to take the bus, life and mountain train to take us to hiking trails. Also of note, the view from the sixth floor which is where the restaurant, breakfast and spa facilities are located is beautiful and the view outstanding !!!

We have stayed at this hotel twice. Both times we found it excellent: clean, lovely rooms, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast (included), beautiful swimming pool, and great restaurant. It is not far from the train station, and an easy walk to the main part of town, but it is on a quiet street.

Wonderful stay at the Parkhotel Luna in Bolzano. The location is ideal for someone like myself, as I came to town on the train and walked everywhere. The hotel is located right around the corner to the shopping and restaurant center. You can also walk in 10 minutes to and from the train station, the Archaeological Museum and Funvia tram station. The rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful details. Beds were comfortable. Shower was amazing. The location was perfect. The check in location was tricky to find- but if you go in the Meta Sky bar and all the way through to the back on the bar on the top floor you will find it. Or use the call button at the hotel entrance and they will come find you. For US guests be aware top sheets and wash cloths aren’t to be found - this seems to be the case in most of the places we stayed in Italy...

Everything about this was wonderful. The location with the view was absolutely stunning. The amenities were well appointed, everything from the spa and wellness, to bike and hiking adventures lead by the staff. They also have a private train station where you can hop on to the tiny train that connects to cities together. Which allows you to hike to one and ride the train back if you wanted.

Great time in a beautiful setting. Hiking in the Dolomites was wonderful. Hotel was excellent. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. I can’t recommend the hotel and staff high enough. 5 + stars

Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters.

Great location with gorgeous views. Multi generational, family owned and operated. Kind people. Michelin star dining available and well worth it!
