"The Hacienda Hotel is in incredible location if you’re visiting San Diego. It’s reasonably close to everything and the old town neighborhood itself is well worth visiting and spending some time. I think the hotel was a terrific value. Kids had a great time in the pool facility were clean and well maintained. I was really happy there."

"Extremely clean hotel despite it being old. There was visible wear and tear (crack in sink, tear in wallpaper) but I needed a cheap place to sleep not luxury comfort. I was VERY impressed with the check in process and the staff accessibility. I called a couple times and someone always answered from the hotel not an 800 phone number. Parking was free and there was plenty of parking and I felt safe as I came late each night. I left my favorite hat in the hotel room and when I called, they said if...
