"The property, the location and amenities were all perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family of 4. Cosy and warm and log fire a nice addition as the heating is on a timer for when the temp does drop. However, a few things we were not happy with. - Check in time actually 5pm not 4pm as advertised on VRBO which is really late in our opinion. - Check out time actually 9am not 10am as advertised on VRBO which is really early especially as the guest is required to have a family of...

"Location is great for the town and if you cant find any parking on the street there is a carpark about 5min walk away @ £3 - 24hrs. Property is currently up for sale and needs a little work but the bathroom and kitchen are relatively new and everything else has had a lick of paint just needs a bit of modernising and the garden needs work and isnt secure at the back meaning the dog needed to be let out on a lead every time but did us for the short break we had."

"Beautiful place to stay, fantastic facilities, fantastic site and views. The only downside I found was not being able to check in till 16:00, and having to be out for 10am. No real time to have a nice chilled out morning and enjoy the surroundings, and 3 dirty pans in the kitchen. Also broken glass out by the hot tub and a bottle full of cigarette ends. But other than that we loved it and would 100% recommend and stay again. "

"This booking was a disaster. Due to medical emergency had to cancel Contacted Hotels,com to say wasnt going and tried to get the booking deferred but the client would not allow it. The client is not the pleasant couple who own the property but a company in Holland with a 1 star reputation. On booking got a flood of e-mails and documents from Holland with a huge list of does and donts. The contract was with Hotels.com not some company that would never have chosen to do business with. "Lovely location and close to amenities. Barn was presented nicely but not cleaned thoroughly before arrival. Would also have liked a welcome pack with information on property (WiFi, heating instructions) and the nearby area. "

"The cottage is spotlessly clean inside and outside with everything you need at hand. Comfy bed and settee in the living area. Secure, completely fenced outside area for the dogs. "

"Fabulous little getaway. Very peaceful with amazing views over Cardigan Bay. Very comfortable, clean and surprisingly spacious accommodation for 2 of us. Great bistro just a 5 minute walk away and a short drive to the nearest shops, cafes and bars."
