"Firstly took us 1.5 hrs to get checked in they charged us 2 times went to the pool and was closed then re opened for them to say that we needed swimming hats but the shop was closed till 430 so 1 hrs after we got there 2 little children just staring at the water and crying because they wanted to go in the water"

"Purtroppo ho fatto una brutta esperienza. Nel prenotare mi è stato richiesto dal Vs. sito il pagamento anticipato di quanto previsto. Ho provveduto a tale pagamento e stampato la ricevuta. Al mio arrivo il proprietario ha detto che non ne sapeva nulla e non aveva ricevuto nessuna somma. Per ridsolvere il problema ci abbiamo impiegato 1 ora e poichè non sapevo dove andare sono stato costretto a pagare il supplemento di pulizia € 50,00 che non era segnalato da nessuna parte. "This is a rare find considering the price. A bit of the beaten track but a fabulous environment with the great garden, sitting areas, private balconies and a separate breakfast area. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and served a great breakfast. Upon arrival, they served us a small local dish with a glass of wine. True customer service. Easy parking and a 5 minute drive from the old Pizzo. We highly recommend this place."
