"The resort is very nice as far a the common grounds and the pools go. As far as the food they have some good options. The bedrooms are getting older and show wear and tear and started to look dirty. The staff is terrible, not courteous, kind, or helpful at all. The people at the restaurants, no greeting or help with reservations, can’t get anywhere unless you book reservations 1-2 weeks in advance and put a credit card down otherwise don’t plan on eating at some of the restaurants. They charge extra for chairs and cabanas. Even the pool towel attendants were just rude and not friendly. Most workers on the resort seemed to be either annoyed by tourists, don’t like their jobs, or just very disgruntled. Customer service isn’t applied at this resort. I would go back if we wouldn’t have do deal with the staff, lol. It’s expensive but that’s everywhere in the Bahamas. A good solid 2 out of 5."

"It's a beautiful place. The staff is very kind and helpful. The resort is very clean and inviting. The food choices could be better. One example the Italian restaurant did not have red sauce and noodles or any kind of Alfredo. The transportation could also be improved on. Golf carts fly around crazy and you have to watch out as the roads slare narrow. The beach was a total wash out for us. Although beautiful from a distance their were tropical ants all in the sand that bit my fiance and I, also their was ALOT of sea weed on the beach. One last complaint. Dont fall for their tour with breakfast it turns into a 3 to 5 hour sales pitch to purchase 40 weeks of their vacation time. It ruined our 2nd day of vacation. Hope this helps someone."

"The infinity pool was lovely, the free activities were great. The only thing, if you are there for the ocean, the beach leave something to be desired. The shore is full of small stones or broken shells and painful on the feet and the water does not go out very far and only just above the waist. The water was wonderful but could not go out very far because of all the rocks after walking into the water about 10 feet."
