"El hotel está viejito pero estuvo limpio todo el tiempo , vi al personal verificando la calidad del agua . Los empleados estaban atentos y fueron muy amables . La comida un poco fría pero no estuvo mal , era muy variada . Volvería a escoger el mismo hotel ."

"The room was clean. The swim up bar was great I just wish it stayed open a little longer and children weren’t allowed in it. Someone said this is a rule and if so should be enforced. My only complaint is that we had the buffet breakfast one morning and I feel that they should do better on explaining how the set up works because everything wasn’t included and it was a confusing setup in the restaurant. Perhaps greeting people when they enter would be helpful. This would also be my only staff interaction that I wasn’t happy about. Shout out to Carmen the bartender at the outside bar. She was great every interaction."

"The hotel was beautiful, and everything was perfect. The food, cleanliness, and the overall design of the property were absolutely outstanding. The food was the best part in every way. The only downside was the service at the buffets and the process of making reservations for the restaurants that require them, which was sometimes very difficult. The biggest issue is that everything is spread out, and the golf cart transportation is very limited. Most of the time, you have to walk because there are either no carts available or they are always full. Walking long distances during the day under the hot sun is very uncomfortable."

"Everything was perfect. Food, staff, view, and shows. They only thing we can say was not excellent was we wished the room was cooler. Temp said 68 it won't let you go down further, but it felt more like 74. Our fault we probably should have brought that to their attention."
