"First time here. We’re Riu Class members. The check in was fast. The check in staff were friendly. The room was good. We got a King bed on the 3rd floor. The property is fairly compact so not a lot of walking… The food was excellent!!! Best part of the hotel. They have a two pools, one with a swim up bar. Both are clean and well maintained. The property has beach access with chairs, table and umbrella that is set up for you. The beach is clean and swimmable. Jet skis are available next door. No kids at this property…. We’ll be back…."

"Place was great. Room was cleaned daily and the staff was exceptional. I have to say that Sucre from Costa Azul restaurant was superb. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had an awesome time at the restaurant. The whole staff was excellent but Sucre was exceptional. I would definitely comeback and stay at this resort. We found that the best time to be at the resort is Monday -Thursday. (less crowded and more peaceful)."
