"Mi experiencia en este hotel fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada, el servicio fue muy bueno y el personal siempre se mostró amable. Quiero hacer una mención especial a Pascual, quien forma parte del equipo de valet en la entrada. Su atención, amabilidad y disposición hicieron una gran diferencia durante nuestra estadía. Siempre nos recibió con una sonrisa, fue muy atento y se aseguró de ayudarnos en todo momento. Personas como Pascual son las que realmente hacen que un huésped se sienta bienvenido y valorado.Definitivamente, su excelente servicio merece ser reconocido. ¡Gracias, Pascual, por hacer nuestra estadía aún más agradable! "Older Hotel needs updating, the food in the buffet was very good but the restaurants were very bad, the rooms were clean and housekeeping was very attentive. I liked having a minibar in the room stocked with water, soft drinks a bear in addition was restocked daily."

"What a great resort and you can see the ocean almost everywhere. Also so many options of areas to sit and be in the shade while in the pool. The staff is so hard working and we had a great trip."

"We’ve just came back from San Juan ( PR) after visiting Caribe Hilton Hotel for a few days and let me tell, The food and drinks from the Restaurant are great, people so friendly and professionals, rooms so spacious and clean with excellent views, AC running in perfect conditions. The Beach wasn’t the best because of the sea grass but the Swimming Pool great and the Drinks at the Pool Bar the best of the best. Great experience for a City Hotel near Old SanJuan and a few steps from The Condado!! We’ll definitely come back!! Thanks"
