6/10 Okay

"Numerous items broken in the room. We had to call and beg several times for water to be refilled in the mini fridge. The restaurants requiring reservation were good, others had extremely long wait times but weren’t even filled. The staff were friendly and entertaining. The drinks from the bar were always good. The resort recommended transportation and excursions— both were a hassle."

"The resort was beautiful! We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday, and it was the perfect location. Our room was clean and had all amenities that we needed. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely visit again!"

"Great experience overall! Definitely do not miss out on booking the ocean view! Amazing view, clean rooms, great housekeeping, friendly staff, many amenities (pool with 6 1/2 feet section, hot tub, gym, spa, nail salon, gift shop, many bars/food options). Will definitely come back!"

"Honestly the resort needs more activities to keep kids & adults busy during the day and at night They needs a Jamaican night at least. No Coconut in the resort a bit disappointed honestly Kids club was closed most of the time plus at the Platinum Club was closed also for cleaning ect. Much to be improved"

"Beautiful property, very poor customer service. The severs, bartenders and hostess were terrible. They did not smile, they were not welcoming, and they seem to hate their jobs. The fact that there is an automatic gratuity charged everywhere and even when the service is bad is so disappointing. Our housekeeper and the valet/ bell guys were great but the others especially at the Jazz club, was awful. Please hire happy people or put them through a customer service training class. The service should be at a higher level when the resort is that expensive."

"It would have been helpful if upon check in that staff told us the steak restaurant was closed during our stay, and that some restaurants were on “rotation” which mean some nites they could be open, and others they could close. You don’t know till that day. Staff was very polite, helpful and cheery. Grounds were maintained . I suggest a swim out room. Only 20 dollars more, it was nice to just open your sliders have a patio and have pool right there. Also there’s no elevators so ground floor is the way to go. 4 stars"
