"Had a very nice stay, complimentary late check out (do ask) was great as clocks went forward. Spa was great and not too busy, they are undergoing renovation and made this very clear. View of the lake which was excellent and staff were friendly and laid back. Did not eat here so can’t comment on that."

The spa was very average, it could be significantly better as well. It was very busy for how small it was, they could have it a lot bigger if they used the space better as there is a big gym area bigger than most hotels and not one person used it!"

Free onsite parking, Spa was a real treat - open til 8pm which is fab after a day of exploring. Only negative was the coffee at breakfast was very weak but coffee machine was better! "
