  • New home with a spacious fenced in back yard and fire pit. Come enjoy a perfect place to get together. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. This home is located only a few miles from downtown Joplin where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, and other fun activities. The home is also located a few miles from the Joplin airport and Briarbrook Clubhouse (golf-course, and restaurant). ***Please enter in the correct number of guests for your stay to see accurate pricing. Base price is for 4 guests, additional guests are $10/guest/night. Failure to enter in correct guest count will result in $20/guest/night. Max occupancy of 12 total guests.
