A beautiful quaint property near the centre of Carlisle. Fantastic hosts,lovely breakfast,immaculate inside and out of the building. Clean tidy rooms with everything you need.

Great little B&B

Situated close to the centre of Carlisle, clean, comfortable, quiet and all at a great price, especially considering it was a bit last minute. The owners are very friendly too and the breakfast was delicious. Couldn't fault it. Would definitely recommend. :)

I had an excellent stay. The B and B is close to the train station/ bus station and shops. The breakfast was lovely and the host was warm and friendly.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was fantastic with lots of options, had all the required amenities and extras such as hygiene products, the room was clean and had a very comfy bed and was only a 10 minute walk from the station meant very easy access for activities and errands I had for the weekend. A VERY Friendly And Clean B and B.

Lynn and Stephen run a very friendly and exceptionally clean b and b. The full English is excellent too. They are some 10 mins walk from the train station. I can heartily recommend Brooklyn House.

Friendly, welcoming owners; gorgeous full English breakfast; room small but comfortable with tea/ coffee making facilities (plus biscuits) and shower gel in the bathroom. The room was a bit on the cold side but quiet despite being near a main road. Really close to the main sites and the station, all easily walkable.
