"We arrived at 11pm, and that night's room had a sour smelling bathroom, like wet old towels. We also couldn't tell what kind of neighborhood we were in in the dark. First thing in the morning, we asked for a different room, and soon moved. We had a terrific experience from then on. The bathroom was clean, no odors, AC worked, and it was quiet! We felt safe walking around during the day, the neighborhood was great and the WWII Museum was a 3 minute walk away! Front desk people were exceptionally helpful. "
