"Staff are the star of this hotel. Excellent on check-in and throughout. They are all excellent ambassadors for the Pembroke. In particular, the star of the whole stay was Rachel on reception. Make sure you keep her…!!!, well trained and she delivers outstanding customer service."

"There was free off street parking right behind the building and nice staff, including the staff in the restaurant on the ground floor of hotel, which has outdoor seating available. It is in a building with history and personality. It was quiet and very convenient."
