"The room was beautiful, the staff was amazing and helpful when I had a couple of questions and parking was good. The air conditioner and heater worked very well and we had a great stay. We'll definitely be back sometime."

"Room was large, very clean, Landscaping was meticulously maintained. Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had a loose toilet seat and to my surprise it was repaired within 15 minutes of call. Due to the inconvenience we received a voucher for a free dinner at the their restaurant. Anything on the menu to include a full fresh salad bar. Absolutely amazing food and service!! Definitely recommend staying here and trying their restaurant.."

"This was a beautiful home with everything we needed and then some. The kitchen had a well stocked assortment of utensils, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. We loved the outdoor gas fireplace with comfy chairs and overhang so we could enjoy being outside even when it was raining. The indoor gas fire hearth was also cozy as we reclined in the leather sofa. The master bath was luxurious with the double showerheads and jetted tub. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows. One aspect we would like future guests to know is that this house is in a residential area. Generally the atmosphere was quiet but if there was neighborhood noise, it did not go past 9:00pm. We used location as a jumping off point to visit the Guadalupe NP and Carlsbad Caverns NP. The town had plenty of restaurants and a major grocery store for anything you would you need. Everyone we came in contact with was so friendly. Thank you, Jeannie for sharing your lovely home with us. We know future guests will love it too!"
