I liked rhe room, however, there were no USB charging plugs for electronic devices. An easy solution would be to exchange lamps for ones that include USB outlets. Next time I go to Carmel I will request a room on the 5th floor.

Normandy Inn
The place is in an excellent location. All the staff were friendly and helpful with questions about the area. Breakfast had a lot of options. Several were easy for grab and go which worked for us.

Pine Inn
Our room was five flights up and we could not manage it physically so we were moved next door to the Tally Ho. Our room had a great deck and was very clean although dated and had a musty smell. Very well located. We were grateful for the option.

Tradewinds Carmel
Going there from Carmel, there is no GPS signal, so we missed the entrance and ended up taking an extra hour of driving. But once we got there it is very nice.

Le Petit Pali at Ocean Ave
The room was very clean and I felt pampered with amenities such as snacks and robes and slippers. Great location with free parking. Great staff too.

Carmel Inn And Suites
Cute placed located 3 minutes to the downtown C-B-S area. Room cute, basic, clean and smelled good. The only negative was the mattress was REALLY firm. The staff allowed a late check out. Parking was tight, but off street. If they invested in more comfortable mattresses, I would return!
