The wifi-enabled Smart TV is available for streaming your favorite shows (guests should bring their own logins for their preferred streaming services).

The kitchen is a standout feature of the home with natural Dolce Vita stone countertops and high-end, brand-new appliances. A sleek Café electric cooktop, built-in drawer microwave, modern dishwasher, and streamlined refrigerator combine functionality with style. One designated parking space is located in the secure underground shared garage. Short term street parking is permitted but is closely monitored. The nearby municipal parking lot has EV charging stations and all-day free parking available on a first come, first served basis (not overnight).
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
