9 x 14 foot Golf Simulator/MovieTheater/Presentation Screen/TV (and the ultimate babysitter), 65 of the best golf courses preloaded into the simulator so you can play Pebble Beach, Spyglass, and Spanish Bay before you tee up for the real thing. This distinctive feature also includes, but is not limited to interactive soccer, baseball, bowling, and a number of shooting games (trap, skeet, wild boar, duck, aliens). Full bar with two wine refrigerators, ice maker, regulation poker table, queen bed, full bathroom, additional 65 inch and 55 inch TVs.

No more than 4 guests in Oceanview, 6 guests in Fairway View, or 10 guest in entire home. Notify owners of any damage caused by your party.
