Our county has recently passed new regulations for ALL short term rentals:

1). Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down).

2). We have parking in our driveway for 2 to 3 cars max. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street.

3). No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals.

4). Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 8 people on site / occupying the property.

5). Outdoor Open Flame / Wood Burning / Charcoal Fire Pits & BBQs are now banned at all short term rentals. 6). We cannot accept pets.
