"1) bed 6/10 - blankets super flat and I didnt sleep well. 2) Breakfast was great! 8/10 3) Great location! 10/10 4) They oversold the two queens 😞and moved us to a king. After some Discussion they comped us a second king room which was nice but our family was split up. Guy at the desk was super nice though. 5) parking was an extra $23 6) I’d stay again if I had an event at Allstate But otherwise it was just ok."

"The property was beautiful the people are not to be trusted .1) Had specifically asked repeatedly for a mobility room. At check in was assure several times that we were assigned a mobility room. The room was far far from the elevator and WAS NOT A MOBLITY ROOM. It was an ordinary room with a tub with a high lip and the rooms were narrow so that a wheelchair could not turn safely. 2) Gave them out Bob Voi Numbers and were assured that we would not be charged for Wi-Fi. When we received the bill they had charged us for Wi-fi. They then kept stalling about giving us a hard copy and then reluctantly agreed to eliminate the Wi-fi charge."

"In regards to our stay with you all at your hotel on the 28th-30th we ran into a few things that are just unacceptable for paying guests. We experienced many issues including the microwave plate was dirty as well as the corner of the actual microwave, the refrigerator was dirty, the table the phone sat on was dirty, the phone didn’t work from our room, there was cob webs in the corner of the room which is just completely lazy to leave up there, because that was the first thing I saw when I walked in the room. The bath tub had a yellow tint and slimy feel to it so we wore water shoes to shower, and our keys deactivated a few times and it wasn’t because we deactivated it with our phone i believe it was an issue on you alls end, seeing as it happened twice."
