The residence with its modern architecture in Mediterranean style is characterized by apartments (residence formula) two-room and three-room apartments also available for disabled guests and double or triple rooms (B&B formula) on the ground floor and attic with sea view.

All furnished with elegance and taste.

The residence formula offers two-room apartments with living / dining room with sofa / bed and kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom. The three-room apartments that have an extra room with 2 single beds differ for this type.

The B&B formula offers double rooms with breakfast and daily review with change of bed linen and towels.

All the types described have individual air conditioning in each room, a safe with personal code, an LCD television, a hairdryer, a toilet and bed linen and towels.

In addition, within our structure, we have a self-service cafeteria open for lunch and dinner at certain times. It is therefore possible if you have not already done so, book your meal or request it directly at the facility. We also offer a take-away service.
