Casa di Carlo is immersed in the beautiful Serranova countryside, just 3 km from the Torre Guaceto nature reserve.
More than a hectare of vegetation, including olive trees, fruit trees and every type of plant you can imagine. Walking in the property will be pleasant and relaxing.
We have an agreement with a new lido that rises 7 km from the villa.
Less than 1 km away is a riding stable that also offers day and night walks in the reserve.
The space
Our Villa consists of two housing units: the first called "large house", includes 3 double bedrooms, bathroom and living room with sofa.
The second is a very large loft studio with double bed, kitchenette, living room and bathroom.
Access to both units from the patio furnished with various sofas and rocking chairs for all types of relaxation.
The main kitchen is an independent structure, spacious and equipped with every equipment, a large table and air conditioning.
On the side of the kitchen there is a beautiful wood-burning oven and behind the barbecue area under a vine pergola.
