"Fabio was amazing and very accommodating. Thank you Fabio! The server at dinner was only focused on assisting the two large groups staying at the property. It would have been nice to have some ambient music during dinner and get some bread with olive oil and balsamic while we waited 30 minutes for dinner. "Materia Ostuni was the highlight of our trip. Teresa, Giusi & Paolo couldn’t do enough for us during our time there. The Materia itself is amazing and has everything you could need in such a relaxing environment. It’s a beautiful place to stay and would highly recommend staying here whilst visiting Ostuni. We can’t wait to return again!"
