"I’ve traveled to many places around the world, and this hotel gave me one of the best check-in experiences I’ve had. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and made the process smooth and easy. The location is great for anyone wanting to go sightseeing, with many attractions nearby and easy to get to. The hotel itself shows some wear, which is understandable for a property in such a busy area, but it didn’t take away from the convenience of the stay. The only issue we experienced was with the water temperature. Unfortunately, the water never got hot and we ended up taking cold showers during the winter. Maintenance came about a day later, but whatever repair was attempted didn’t resolve the issue. Aside from that inconvenience, the staff were very courteous and helpful during our stay."

"Hotel is across street from Revolution museum and great location for walking to everything! National Mechanics on 3rd with Ben Franklin court/musuem 5 min walk. Irish bars around the corner on 2nd - Brownies and Plough & Stars!! Self park is 5 min walk in garage - $28 daily. NOTE Check in is 4 PM not 3 pm! Had to wait. Do not get room with just 1 queen - tiny little box of a room. Breakfast was good - although fake eggs? "

"PROS: The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was very pleasant and check in was a breeze. Great location. CONS: cleanliness could be improved as we found 2 packs of blueberries on top of the fridge that must have been there a while, as they were moldy and shrunken. We had NO shower curtain, there was dirt and hair on the wall behind the bathroom door, and I have never stayed in a hotel where there were NO trash bags in the trash cans. (We were in room 1425)"

"The bathroom was dirty, when we arrived there no one was at the front desk, we have to wait and walk around until we find somebody, the person who did the valet left our car smells like weed. "
