"Great (and quiet) location in the old city. The Palazzo is easy to get to by car and the valet parking is well worth paying for to remove stress of finding safe parking! Our suite was huge and really comfortable. The hotel and rooms are cleverly designed and manage to retain the features and charm of the old building. The hotel staff are all fantastic - very keen to help and provide advice on restaurants, etc. Highly recommend. "

The staff went above and beyond to arrange transportation for us from Lecce after our train was delayed six hours due to an accident, and their kindness and helpfulness truly stood out. The breakfast each morning was splendid, with a great variety of fresh options. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet—it felt like we had the entire place to ourselves.
