"Fantastic,comfortable room. Had everything we needed. Flavia and Christina made sure to have all the information we needed and helped us with everything, truly went above and beyond. Even to the point of ensuring we had transport to the train station and back. If you want a comfortable get away to explore a traditional Italain village this is the place to go!"

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."

"Well maintained, modern hotel reasonably close to the city centre and convenient for the train station. Breakfast was very good, although some more hot food options would have been nice. Service was good and value for money was excellent."

"Our hosts were very gracious and concerned that we had all we needed for a good stay. They even brought us a basket of vegetables from which we made a great soup. We loved the peace and quiet of the area and the views as the daylight changed. So good to have a wash machine and a place to easily dry clothes. This beautiful traditional old Tuscan villa has all the amenities needed for modern life. "

"Absolutely beautiful stone villa up in the hills.The house was just perfect and the pool was great.I cannot say enough about the property and the owners.Lorella brought us fresh produce from her gardens and a bottle of outstanding local wine.Her son Lorenzo responded vert quickly to any questions and was super helpful.Very highly recommend this property"
