Beautiful Oceanfront Home with Jacuzzi

Padaro Sands is a beautiful beach home located on the sand on Padaro Lane. The 2 bedrooms 3 baths gated house offers great ocean, coastal, and mountain views. It has a wonderful deck for entertaining, grilling, and watching sunsets and dolphins passing by! The master bedroom has a king bed, built-in closets, flat-screen TV, a work station that overlooks the ocean, and an en-suite bathroom. The Guest bedroom has a BRAND NEW QUEEN MATTRESS, flat-screen TV, and bath with jacuzzi tub and shower. The gourmet kitchen has all Viking and Bosch appliances, granite countertops, and a skylight to add lots of natural light. It is fully equipped for easy family meals. The living and dining rooms are well designed to enjoy plenty of space for relaxing and dining while offering commanding views of the Pacific Ocean. The living area is colorful and comfortable and is equipped with new TV, Blue Ray DVD, and Sonos Sound System. The house eludes a casual coastal lifestyle and is perfect for small families who enjoy luxury on the sand or a romantic getaway for that special occasion. We supply games, videos, sand toys, 2 beach chairs, and an umbrella! Just pack your suitcase and be among one of our repeat guests. Guests can now enjoy a beautiful new outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean! SO ENJOYABLE

I've stayed at this property 3 (now 4) times since 2012. It is starting to be in need of repair and update. the kitchen faucet leaks and the the refrigerator is so temperamental that it should be replaced, (it's unsuitable for families, in that if you do not close it just right, it stops working.) The flatware is old and not even a full set we had to buy disposable unless we wanted to wash our two spoons repeatedly. There were 3 total plastic cups (for the outside use as required ) so we had to buy cups as well. Kitchen had ants upon arrival and throughout the stay. It's clear this is an ongoing problem as raid was found handy under the kitchen sink.

Great weekend getaway

The location was superb. We always had access to the beach even at high tide. The hot tub was so relaxing. The train horned about twice a day, but it did not seem very disruptive. The furnishings were comfortable and the beds were great. We would recommend it to a friend or stay here again.

Great oceanfront getaway:)

Wonderful home on the sand with the ocean as your backyard with a jacuzzi. Very nicely furnished with everything that you need. Relaxing and calming to get away from it all! We loved everything about this home and plan to return. Perfect Zen time :)

Heaven on Earth

Incredible Beach Property. Accessible management. Called at 12:30 AM when we arrived and got the answers we needed. Sent repairman for washer quickly. Offered to reimburse for my receipt for laundry- have not received the reimbursement yet. Other than the washer not working the 1st day, this was a vacation in Paradise. Stunning property and views. If I ever come back to California, I would love to stay here again. Copay enough good things.

House on the beach

Property was beautiful…unfortunately the hot tub was not cleaned properly. It had some sand and tar inside. We would definitely stay again!

AMAZING

Beautiful Beach Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It's small (two bedrooms), but for my wife and I it was perfect. It's finished out nicely and you can't beat the view. You should be aware that the beach at Santa Barbara has tiny tar balls. The property management company provides towelettes that make it easy to remove them. We would definitely stay here again.

Started Rough and Ended Well

I could say a lot about this property and about my stay, but will be brief. The bed linens and pillows are in dire need of updating and upgrading. I took everything off and was grateful that I brought my own. The sofa needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable unless you take off all cushions. Bring sleeping masks as both bedrooms are very bright in the morning. Kitchen is nice. View is lovely, of course. Funky house overall that needs work… please be aware that the public will be right out your front deck all day long. Lots of kids, dogs, umbrellas… but very quiet at night. Jacuzzi is nice.
