They are so kind and helpful, trying hard to accommodate every need. They really made our stay a pleasant one, especially given that we had to land at this hotel at the last minute when our Airbnb didn’t work out. Bonus: they are pet friendly! Things to know: The hallways can be a bit noisy and the doors close very loudly Beds are firm (typical for the region)"
