I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. "En general está bien… pero hay problemas con el wifi, en realidad es praticamente inexistente si te alojas en la segunda planta, he quejado, y me dijeron que infelizmente es así, y ya lleva así hace tiempo, entonces creo que es algo que deberían solucionar con urgencia, ya que es un lugar que no funciona bien los datos móviles ni la cobertura. La habitación que nos tocó, el baño era abuhardillado y a mi chico que mide casi 1,90 no podía siquiera ir al baño (urinar), ni siquiera mirar al espejo…...
