Hotel exceptionally well placed, with great views of the bay from the superior room we had. The facilities in the room were perfectly adequate, and the staff were very nice though there was a language barrier; they spoke very little English (and our Spanish was terrible). The bed was nice, the room was clean, and the fridge was serviceable. Shower was excellent! Also breakfast had a nice selection of continental choices, just missing some eggs. However, the A/C was practically nonexistent. Also for a 4* hotel I would have expected complimentary drinking water stocked in our rooms, considering you can' t drink from the taps. And lastly and most important of all (hence the 1* on facilties), the balconies were simply unsafe to use. The fixings on both balconies were all corroded, the barriers were flexible and appeared to not have been updated to more recent safety standards - ie, above waist height. I would not trust them to take my weight or protect me if I tripped (and our room was very high up!), which is a shame because the view was as I said fantastic. Please please update the balconies (and put some water in the rooms).

Lovely location, but inconsistent service. I booked a room, and then my friends booked a room. We were put on the 1st floor, they were on the 7th. They had a balcony, we did not. We had water bottles-they did not, they were given wine and sunglasses for the eclipse, we were not. The bathrooms need attention. I get it’s near the beach, and mold is a problem-but the bathrooms should have been cleaner. The hotel was very expensive for not having breakfast included. I would not stay here again.

Although your details stated a restaurant, there was none for evening meal. Also car parking at the hotel wasn’t an option. Disappointing breakfast for the high price.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel, aunque estando medio vacío nos dieron una habitación en el lateral en lugar de vistas al Puerto. Espacio amplio y la limpieza mejorable. El mantenimiento de las instalaciones bastante olvidado, hasta la cisterna estaba partida y se salía el agua... El personal de recepción amable y servicial.

Frühstück ok, leider zu spät erst ab 7.30 Uhr, kein Restaurant vorhanden, wohl nicht Fehler des Hotels. Parken wurde auf den Zentralparkplatz am Hafen verwiesen, kostenlos. Wahr ja nett gemeint nur hat es in Strömen geregnet. Am nächsten Morgen habe ich gesehen das doch eine Garage vorhanden ist 18 € wie im Portal angegeben, das Tor hat die ersten zwei Tage bescheiden funktioniert, abkassiert hat man natürlich voll. Wie das Hotel zu vier Sternen gekommen ist weiß ich auch nicht ……
