Only one other couple were present and they were 300 metres in front. I had it basically all to myself. There’s something fulfilling about being surrounded by nature in all its forms. Droplets of water assembled on the leaves, bushes flushed with flowers and lovely even light

"Great little place at Shoalhaven Heads! Excellent, friendly service. Towels on hand no dramas. The restaurant is great too although a bit too “fine dining” to eat there every night. Excellent breakfast and can be served in the room. Quiet location. Nice pool, mostly in the shade which was greets for small children. The beach was very windy so we drove around to Gerroa a couple of times. Overall, a lovely week! "

"I thoughly enjoyed my stay at Mecure Gerringong. Room 317: An exceptionally clean room with a shower and a bathtub! The bed was very comfortable too! The room provides a full-sized fridge; electric hotplate; cutlery, crockery, electric kettle and everything one needs for relaxed stay. 🙂 Staff & Service: All staff were friendly, kind, efficient and so obliging, especially Connor at Reception! Thank you for making my stay comfortable and most enjoyable! ☺️ Restaurant & Bar: Food was served hot, well presented...and delicious!!! Staff there were also friendly, efficient and so obliging. "This is an older style accommodation facility. The Manager ( Megan), was outstanding in supporting us during our stay( with pet dog) The room was very clean, however, there was no shower screen door, or curtain, hence was difficult to keep the bathroom floor dry. And, perhaps a small ( collapsible) table for those who wish to dine in their room. Would I stay there again ... for sure. "

"This is probably my 4th stay at the Berida over the years. Every time I stay it gets better. The bar and restaurant especially have gone from strength to strength and are a great place to start, spend or end your evening. I especially value the excellent and vast selection of non-alcoholic drink options at the bar and restaurant as a non drinker - they set a benchmark that is both very high, and very appreciated. Can’t wait for my next visit "
