The apartment was in a nice location and within walking distance to the trailhead and train station. We appreciated the welcome bottle of Prosecco and coffee in the apartment. "This Hotel was very overpriced for starters. $500 Australian a night we should of received five star and a beautiful hotel. Instead we recieved a dirty very old hotel with a Sofa that was that bad it was replaced upon request. All cooking utensils, wine glass ( that's right glass) and pans were in such a condition that they were also replaced upon request. We also found a jar of Marujana in a tea jar that need to be removed by staff. Only plus was the location. "

"The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. "

Nicely furnished 2-bedroom flat (BEST BEDS we’ve ever experienced!!) for our family with kids. And Monica was quickly available for any questions. We will come back!"

The bus is a bit expensive (5 Euros per person/trip) but if you don’t have a car, well worth it. We had two cars and had to search for parking for the second, but I think we just missed that info. The house is gorgeous and totally unique and we had everything we needed. Lots of hikers to Portofino (and it was the off season!) passing by, but I would take the trails instead of the road if...

"Riomaggiore is a lovely spot and this apartment is a mere 50 stairs up, which in a city of lots of climbing means it is a very convenient location. We were greeted nicely and communication for check-in was excellent, even though we arrived later than planned. Our host met us immediately and we were shown to a cute, spacious 1 BR apartment with a nice living, dining space and everything one could need for a short visit. The space was generously large, good radiator heat, and a small third...
