Rural House in the Mountain of León

Cozy Full Rental Rural House, traditional architecture and double height, recently renovated using noble materials such as wood, stone, clay, Arabic tile to achieve a result as spacious, comfortable and warm.

Located in the upper part of the town of Benllera - municipality of Carrocera in the region of Luna -, only 30 km from León and more than one thousand meters of altitude. Surrounded by wide pine forests make it an ideal place to rest and enjoy the natural environment without the need for large displacements.

The house is fully equipped for 4 people. It has heating and hot water.

The rooms, located on the upper floor, are attic, letting us see the wooden beams and the stone. Rustic and functional furniture. One of the rooms has a large bed and the other has two beds with the possibility of putting a cot in the house.

The house has two full bathrooms; one of them with whirlpool, hair dryer and magnifying mirror.

The kitchen has a washing machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa and wood burning fireplace for guests to use, a forge and wood staircase that leaves from here allows us to access the upper floor.

The patio, which gives access to the house - has a large wooden porch, barbecue, garden furniture and pots with native plants from the area.

The house has a safe, first aid kit, iron and ironing board, numerous board games, tourist information on the main tourist resources of the area, reference books, flat screen TV and international channels and DVD player extend the offer of services.

If you prefer not to come by highway, from Leon you have to take the CL-623 road towards Villablino and 28 km on the left you will find the Benllera detour.

Once in Benllera you must take the last street in slope to the right and at the end of the street you will find us at the top.
