We were there to visit with family but we enjoyed being able to come in each night and relax. The space was great, and we were able to cook our own breakfast. We loved that you only have housekeeping once weekly. Also it had a excerise room and if needed a cupboard in case you forgot something.

Driving from New Hampshire, we arrived in Cadiz for my father and his identical twin brother's, 95th birthday celebration. Microtel-Cadiz, Ohio facilty was clean and comfortable and was in an easy to find location. Staff was amazing. Housekeeping staff, supervised by Sarah Ferrell, was very courteous and helpful. Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking garage and our ticket wouldnāt work. Fortunately the head of the garage was pulling in when we were having trouble and told the guy on duty to let us out. Coming back from our event that evening we couldnāt get into the garage and are going to dispute the charges with the front desk.

I was a bit hesitant of this property since it has some pretty bad reviews. However, the room was clean and comfortable. It is a budget no frills motel, which is what I was looking for during my stay.

My family of three stayed for 2 nights. We had a king bed and pull out couch. The room was very clean and the sheets was fresh smelling. We got to enjoy the pool for a hour or so which was great. The only reason I knocked one star off for comfort was the mattress on the king bed was a little lumpy.

I liked the cleanliness, the staff's pleasant and hospitable attitude and generally pleasant atmosphere.
I love that my pet was welcomed and this made my trip so much easier.
What I did not care for was the obvious dismissive attitude some guests must employ about cleaning up after their own pets. What a sad state of mind when provided with such a comfortable and safe envoronment for myself and my pet.

Friendly, efficient check in, clean room with lots of space and a very comfortable bed with a quiet night's rest. Ate out with parent's, so can't rate buffet but smells were good and the layout nice. Always have good experiences with Best Westerns and would recommend.

I really liked the atmosphere the staff was very friendly. The room had a weird smell to it but i feel because it was a smoking room. Other then that it was a great experience. Also I loved the fact there was a resturant and a gas station right there. I will be staying here again
