"The house is huge and beyond equipped. Everything was thought of in the kitchen and the cabinets are labeled so you can find what you need. It’s just up the hill from the Kings River with easy access to launch or take out kayaks. We floated down to Romp Hole access with an easy 10 minute dirt road shuttle back. This was a guys trip with only four guys so we all had a bedroom and full bath to ourselves. The notes say it sleeps 16 but its probably more like 20 with a a lot of kids. Would be a great setup for 3 or 4 families!"

"We stayed in the cabin, and it was wonderful! This is such a great option for large families. We had plenty of space, a thoroughly stocked kitchen, and 2 full baths. Property is lovely, I enjoyed my coffee on the porch listening to the birds, and watching the squirrels and bunnies run around! Quick, easy drive to downtown Eureka Springs and the Passion Play. Walmart 2 min away. Great location, staff was kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very comfortable bed, slept so good. The copper bathtub is great to relax in. The cabin is cozy and great for two people. Quiet area but owner is close by in case of things needed. Hot tub and outdoor shower is wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"We loved this old house! It was like staying at grandma’s! We enjoyed being able to walk down to the water and just the peace and quiet of it all. There is so much history displayed & it was a great relaxing get away. This is not a tech savvy fast living kind of place, but if you are looking for a quiet get away, it is perfect! We will return. Thanks for sharing your old family home with us!"
