"This is an older property and definitely shows signs of aging. It is relatively clean but needs updated carpeting and bathroom fixtures. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was attentive. We did not use the pool but it looked well maintained and clean. Each morning we used the fitness room which had a couple of ellipticals, a stationary bike, wight machine - but one elliptical was not functioning. Room was adequate and bed was comfortable. A middle of the road facility, but easy access to the highway, a grocery store next store with gas station."
"A beautiful building with incredible woodwork. The bedroom is cute with a comfortable bed, The bathroom for the Jane Austen room is outside of the bedroom. There is no tub and the shower stall is very narrow and need to be mindful of the shower knob as to not hit it with your elbow or back into it. Breakfast was amazing! The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again over a noisy hotel/motel."
"My first observation was that I missed the turn into the parking lot because the sign is so small and partially hidden behind a tree branch. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable, only issue was the "privacy curtains" did not close all of the way - there was a gap for outside light to come in. Water temps were fine, the refrigerator and TV worked and the bed was a little squishy for me but that's a personal preference. The breakfast was more robust than I andticipated and the workout space, although small, had more equipment that I expected. Parking was easy and it's location is great."
"The older lady in charge of the breakfast room was so sweet!!! A nice, welcoming face to see in the morning. And everything was super clean down there. Five stars for her. She is a total gem!
The room was clean, but the walls are thin. I could hear the dude next door in the bathroom. Ew. The bed was extremely soft, but it turned out to be a nice night's sleep."
"We checked in late, but overall our stay was good. Would have like more towels since we were a party of 4 and only got three towels. But overall our stay was good. Would go back."
